And now for something
completely different....two guys sitting on a raised stage.
The guitar player
had a very strange looking and sounding instrument he had made himself
with
37 strings on
it (I can't see that many for the life of me, but that's what they said).
The pair was interesting,
but completely unexpected
as I had not
read the program yet and only had the lineup from the website. Steve Vai
introduced them.
I immediately thought of the Beatles and Ravi Shankar.
