After a good night's sleep we headed off for the campgrounds...here we are finally getting to the park on Thursday morning. Time to start scouting a site. We found a good one (our normal one was taken and partially underwater anyway). We stocked up on firewood since everything was soaked. We got plenty of Red Oak from the old man's shed (they have a never ending flea market there).
The next set of pics are a 360 sweep of the campsite...one of these days, I'll get time to stitch them together.
After getting the tent set up, we put up the 12x20 tarp over the two dining tables and started the fire...
Friday morning and the new tent is a huge plus...we now have a ton of room (but we leave the coolers outside)....you'll see the tarp, XMAS lights around the border of the site, and of course the hammock!
